Fall 2012 is here

Pop Pop & Nana with the kiddos

Fall came so quickly, and we are as busy as ever.  Where did the summer go?  Having a baby in the home again adds just enough of a twist to our normally abnormal schedule that we are all still getting our bearings.   

I am at a loss to find more hours in the day, and so, we are working hard to make the most of the hours we do have.

We were so happy Pop Pop and Nana came to visit us from Florida a few weeks ago!  

We tried to get some nice photos...that is always a bit challenging.  

I’m always worried about the littlest ones making it through, but this time the baby did great!  It was the little boys that weren’t ‘in the mood’ shall we say.

Moments in our months

I was going to call this 'Moments in my daze...'
That's what it feels like sometimes.

Time just flies with all these little ones.
Little ones becoming big ones.

Even though we make great efforts to place boundaries on our time - to not sign up for too many activities - to keep our evenings for our family.

Still......time flies.

Still.....I feel so busy.

There is always so much that needs to be done. 
Another load of laundry...another meal to be made....
another diaper to be changed....another attitude to be dealt with....

I am purposing to capture more moments. 
Not just on camera.
In my mind...in my heart.....

Last minute Garden attempt

We are so behind in getting the garden going this year!  I think because of having a baby in March, I took the pressure off of myself and was okay with not doing a garden this year.  Then, I got the bee in my bonnet, and had to make something happen.

Our poor garden was truly abandoned after last season.  We did no post season care.  We had a big mess to clean up, but it was so good to get everybody out there ‘working hard!’

It took a few days to clean it up, and even longer to get everything planted.
